Diane in Chicago replied to Jason Nelms’s discussion ‘ No band saw – headstock cutting ‘ in the group Building a Cigar Box Guitar 101 I also have no power tools to speak of, so I generally make a dogleg neck. 1/2″ stock for the neck, and 1/4″ stock for the fingerboard. That same 1/4″ stock is used on the back of the head. Of course this does not help you now!
